Shipping & Delivery

Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround All orders are shipped within 7 working days starting from Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm.

 

Delivery: Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the data base of trendzila.com before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event case your order is not serviceable by us. We would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery list.

In case there is any dispute regarding the shipping of the product or services for the area not covered by trendzila.com in such cases trendzila.com will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately on the delivery addresses, otherwise multiple products in a single transaction would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you.

 

Returns & Replacements:

You may exchange or return new, unworn/unused and unwashed products within 7 days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you.

  • In addition to our return/exchange policy you have 48 hours from the day, your order is placed to cancel your order by sending us an email at support@trendzila.com. You are eligible to get full return in case we have shipped a wrong product, there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we are not able to provide replacement to the damaged merchandise.
  • For returning the product : You’ll need to courier the product to us and share the tracking details, as soon as it is couriered. (Shipping Charges bared will be given in the form of “Vouchers”.)
  •  Preparing the package:  

 

  • (i) Ensure all the tags, warranty cards, packaging material etc are intact.        

             (ii) Pack the product in a way to ensure that the reverse transit will not damage the product.          

              (iii) Fill up the form sent with the authorizing mail, mentioning the order number, product details, any concerns or queries, etc. Form will already contain the return address.  

              (iv) Stick the Printed Form after packing the parcel.    

              (v) The package needs to be tracked by you, and delivery to warehouse ensured.             

      * We might ask you to share the POD, in case of the package not being traceable, to help locate the package. 

    * Kindly bear in mind that the next steps towards a refund can happen only after the package is received at the warehouse.

  •  We would reimburse the return courier charges as per actual in the form of Voucher. To ensure that we share the same information, do send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt (without any overwriting on the amount) as soon as the package is couriered.

 

Ordering:

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order. Such acceptence will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation email to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with trendzila.com when you place an order. This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, when you have placed an order, your order has been acccepted by us and we have sent you the confirmation email. Trendzila.com reserves the right to hold any order prior to shipping for security review and reserves the right to cancel the same if any fraud is detected.
